We are pleased to announce that Antalis Limited has acquired the assets and trade of Ovenden Papers Ltd on 18 September 2026.
Ovenden will continue to operate under the family name, now with the support of Antalis in the UK and Ireland. The acquisition includes customer relationships, employees, premises and relevant operational assets, helping to provide continuity while supporting the future development of the business. Our immediate priority is to ensure a smooth transition and maintain continuity of supply and service.
For customers, it remains very much business as usual. Existing Ovenden contacts remain in place, and we are focused on maintaining the service, responsiveness and dependability customers rely on.
With the backing of Antalis, Ovenden benefits from the strength and stability of a larger organisation. Over time, customers will also gain access to a broader range of products and solutions across paper, packaging and visual communication, supported by Antalis’ wider distribution network, technical expertise and resources.
